This is the picture montage used for the cake when my mother retired. The cake has been done by a friend of mine who is using a special machine to put a JPG picture on her cakes.
I also included this picture with the video montage I prepared for her with the help of my family, friends and her colleagues.

Also working with Music 21 to collect email addresses in order to build a permission based database.

This is the registration form designed for them.

5.5" x 8.5", allowing to print 2 on the same page and come out nicely in grayscale for cost saving.

Since there is no room for any signage, I came up with this little sign to put on their cash register.

After making the Email Registration Form for Perfect Complexions Inc., we worked on the in-store signage to generate demands. We are now collecting email addresses in order to build Perfect Complexions with a permission based database. We will later test several Email Service Providers and determine which one is better for Perfect Complexions Inc.
